Our guests have access to a free, on-site laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers and a utility sink. All utilities, including high-speed internet, are included with your reservation, making us a cost-effective rental or long term stay hotel option for an extended stay in Kimmswick. 

All units have dedicated off-street parking, and guest parking is available. We provide basic hospitality items such as coffee, some spices, shampoo, conditioner, and soap as well as basic housekeeping items. We also offer weekly or biweekly housekeeping for an additional cost for extended stay visitors.
